Shipping policy

Order Processing

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Coverage & Rate

• We currently ship only within Honduras.
• Flat shipping rate: L.90.00

Delivery Time

• 1–2 business days after dispatch, depending on the distance between our location and the delivery address.
• Deliveries to more remote or hard-to-reach areas may take 1 additional day; we'll let you know if your order falls into this category.

Delivery

• It's the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address and be available to receive the order.
• If the courier is unable to complete delivery, a second attempt will be arranged. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
