• Order details: the products you purchase, order value, and order history.
• Payment information: your payment is processed directly and securely by our payment provider at checkout, we do not store your full card number ourselves.
• Communication records: messages exchanged over WhatsApp, phone, or email, including the manual confirmation call/message we send before every order ships.
• Basic website usage data (pages visited, browser/device type, IP address), collected automatically through cookies (see the Cookies section below).

Why We Collect It

• To process, verify, and fulfill your order — including the manual WhatsApp or phone confirmation we do on every
order as a fraud-prevention step before dispatch.
• To arrange delivery with our courier and keep you updated on your order status.
• To respond to support requests, and to handle the exceptions described in our Refund

Policy (damaged or incorrect items).

• To send you marketing messages about new scents, restocks, or promotions — only if you've opted in, and you can
unsubscribe at any time.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.

Who We Share It With

• Our courier/delivery partner, so they can deliver your order.
• Shopify, which hosts our store, and our payment provider, which processes payments on our behalf.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for outside advertising purposes beyond running our own marketing (for example, Instagram or Facebook ads, if we choose to use them).

How Long We Keep It

• We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle any refund/return exception, and meet basic accounting recordkeeping requirements.
• You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your Choices below), except where we need to retain records for legal or accounting reasons.
